KEY PERSONNEL
Paul McLennan
BA (hons.), ACA - Service Manager. Paul is an Accountancy graduate and fully qualified Chartered
Accountant. Paul's background was in Professional Accountancy Practice when he joined the Service in January 2004 as Finance Officer. Paul has played a
steadily evolving role since joining the charity, gaining experience in all areas of the Service. Paul was appointed Service Manager in July 2005.
Carole Leys - Administration
Officer. Carole's duties are extremely wide ranging. Carole deals with all administrative and secretarial duties, including the initial client
contact, the booking of appointments, all correspondence and minute taking at meetings.
Linda Watson - Administrative
Support.Linda began her association with the Service as a volunteer and is now fully employed. Linda assists in all areas of the administrative
function. As the longest serving member of staff, Linda is able to draw on considerable experience to provide invaluable support to the team.
Mary Champion - Mediator.
Mary has been a Family Mediator for the last five years specialising in both legal aid and private All-Issues Mediation cases. Mary trained as a Mediator with
Law Wise and Haynes Mediation and received the certificate of recognition from the Legal Services Commission in April 2001 for the purposes of All-Issues
Mediation. In April 2005 Mary received the certificate to practice as a Professional Practice Consultant and is a member of ILEX (Institute of
Legal Executives), FMA (Family Mediators Association), the UK College of Family Mediators and
Resolution.
Paul Cooper - Mediator.
Paul's professional work outside of Lincolnshire Mediation is as a freelance organisational developer. As well as being an experienced facilitator, he is
qualified to Masters level in Change Agency and specialises in the area of people and change in organisations where he focuses on 1-1 work with staff, on staff
development, and in group facilitation. Paul has 20 years career experience as a commercial senior manager, and over 10 years experience working in the
voluntary and public sectors for organisations such as HomeStart and the Samaritans, and now works part-time with Lincolnshire Mediation. Paul's work with the
charity is as a community and neighbourhood mediator and this includes work on anti-social behaviour referrals from the police and local authority.
Christine Saunders - Mediator. Christine
completed her training with the Solicitors Family Law Association (now called Resolution) and is now a Solicitor Mediator. Christine is fully accredited by the
Legal Services Commission for AIM (All issues) mediation under Section 7 of Part C of the Funding Code. Christine is trained as a sole and co-mediator.
Christine is an accredited Mediator with Resolution and is a member of the Law Societys Mediation Panel. In 2005 Christine qualified as a mediation
supervisor.
Mike Griffin - Mediator. Mike has been a
family mediator since 2001 following a previous career as a family solicitor. He is a member of the UK College of Family Mediators and is also a professional
practice consultant. He deals with AIM (all issues) mediation and child only cases as a sole or co-mediator.
Helen Kirk - Mediator. Helen is a family
mediator who trained with Resolution (Solicitors Family Law Association). She is a practising Solicitor dealing with the whole range of family and matrimonial
matters and is a member of the Advanced Family Law Panel and Children Panel (Law Society). Helen's approach to both her legal practice and mediation work is to
encourage the parties to seek a resolution to their difficulties through negotiation and agreement rather than litigation.
Rosalind Gillott - Mediator. Rosalind is an
HR, Mediation and Training Consultant with over 18 years experience of supporting managers in implementing HR policies & procedures. Rosalind is skilled in
using mediation in the workplace as a tool for resolving conflict and embracing diversity and is also skilled in the diagnosis, design, delivery and evaluation
of HR training programmes, particularly in the field of equality and diversity. Rosalind possesses the OCR certificate in Mediation Skills.
Juliette Dalrymple - Mediator. Juliette
trained as a Family & Financial Mediator in 2000 and qualified as a Professional Practice Consultant in 2004. Juliette is a member of the UK College and an
associate member of the Solicitors Family Law Association (Resolution). Juliette is also a graduate in psychology and has post-graduate qualifications in
social sciences and counselling. She has extensive experience in a number of different fields including Teaching, Probation Service and as an independent
report writer for the Family Courts.
